3. What happens if I return my Toshiba Qosmio ® X875 – Q7380, Toshiba Qosmio ® X875 – Q7390 or Toshiba Qosmio ® X875 – Q7190 laptop?
If you cancel your purchase or return your Toshiba Qosmio ® X875 – Q7380, Toshiba Qosmio ® X875 – Q7390 or Toshiba Qosmio ® X875 – Q7190 laptop for any reason whatsoever, you will be ineligible for the flight promotion.
4. What happens after I mail in all of the required documents (listed
in question #1) within 30 days of purchasing my Toshiba Qosmio ® X875 – Q7380, Toshiba Qosmio ® X875 – Q7390 or Toshiba Qosmio ® X875 – Q7190 laptop?
We will mail you your Itinerary Form within five (5) business days of receiving your Application Form and all accompanying documents. The Itinerary Form must be mailed back to the Toshiba Concierge Team located at Toshiba Free Flight Promotion, PO Box 961827, Boston, MA 02196 no later than May 20, 2013.

7. Where can I fly from?
You can depart from an available airport in your chosen area. We will use reasonable endeavors to book your chosen departure airport but this cannot be guaranteed and you may be offered an alternative which will be before or after the specified dates.
8. Can I travel on the same flight as a friend who also made a valid
purchase for this flight promotion?
Only one Flight Offer may be used per booking, per customer and per purchase for the duration of the promotional period. Only one member of any group travelling together may redeem a Free Flight Offer. Additional passengers may be booked and will pay the applicable standard airfares. Where more than one person from the same household qualifies for a flight offer in his/her own right, each person will be offered a separate flight offer as per the terms and conditions.
9. When can I travel?
All flights must be booked for travel dates on or after February 15th, 2013 and travel must be completed by August 15th, 2013. This period excludes public holidays and may be subject to restricted availability over peak periods. Travel may include a Saturday night stay.
10. How much will this cost me?
You will be responsible for paying the taxes, fees and surcharges associated with your flight. In addition, you will be responsible for baggage or priority seating expenses. If you wish to book hotels, additional transportation, upgrades, insurance coverage or any other supplementary service you will be responsible to pay for these expenses as well and can do so via the Toshiba Concierge Service. You will need to use a valid credit card to pay for all additional expenses including air taxes. Please note the Promoter and Administrator will not store your financial information or use it in any other way other than for the purpose of paying for additional expenses.
11.When will I know which destination and dates will be booked?
Once Administrator receives your valid Itinerary Form, you will be contacted via phone or email within ten (10) working days to acknowledge the receipt of this form and to provide you with available dates and destinations for you to choose from. You must confirm your booking within 48 hours of receipt of the options provided by the Toshiba Concierge team. We will use reasonable endeavors to book you on your chosen dates and destinations but this cannot be guaranteed and you may be offered an alternative which will be before or after the specified dates.
12. Will I be insured to travel too?
All passengers are responsible for arranging their own travel insurance requirements.
13. Do I need to book a hotel to take my flight.
14. How long can I go for?
Your flight must depart on or after February 15th, 2013 and must return on or before August 15th, 2013. However, the offer is not valid on public holidays in the U.S. and your travel may include a Saturday night stay.
15. Can I change my booking once I have completed the booking process?
Cancellations or changes after confirmation of your booking are not possible. You will be responsible for incurring costs on any changes made after the booking is confirmed.
16. Can I book a flight for a friend or family member to use?
Administrator reserves the right to refuse to redeem Itiinerary Forms if submitted by persons other than those to whom they were issued. Administrator will not be held responsible for any claims for Application Forms or Itinerary Forms that are lost, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, scanned, photocopied or mutilated.
