How to Use

Once you have purchased your Toshiba Qosmio ® X875 – Q7380, Toshiba Qosmio ® X875 – Q7390 or Toshiba Qosmio ® X875 – Q7190, follow these easy steps to redeem your Free* Domestic Roundtrip Flight Offer:

  1. Within 30 days of the purchase date of your Toshiba Qosmio ® X875 – Q7380, Toshiba Qosmio ® X875 – Q7390 or Toshiba Qosmio ® X875 – Q7190, mail the following to Toshiba Free* Flight Promotion PO Box 961827, Boston, MA 02196:

    a. Your completed Application Form. You can download and print this form here.

    b. Proof of purchase (copy of receipt).

    c. Your original laptop serial code cut-out, from the Toshiba Qosmio ® X875 – Q7380, Toshiba Qosmio ® X875 – Q7390 or Toshiba Qosmio ® X875 – Q7190 box that includes the UPC code, Toshiba part number and serial number; photocopies will not be accepted.

    d. A photocopy of your valid photo ID.

    e. And all applications must be postmarked NO LATER than April 30, 2013.

  2. Once we receive all required documents listed in #1, we will send you an Itinerary Form in the mail. Please complete and mail us back this form including 3 preferred dates and 3 preferred destinations of those listed below. All Itinerary Forms must be postmarked no later than May 20, 2013. Please mail the Itinerary Form toToshiba Free* Flight Promotion PO Box 961827, Boston, MA 02196.
  3. Once we receive your valid Itinerary Form, the Toshiba Concierge team will then contact you via email or by phone with available dates and destinations.
  4. You must confirm your booking within 48 hours of receiving the options provided by the Toshiba Concierge team. After a 48 hour period, the options will expire and the application will no longer be valid and offer will be void. All flights must be booked for dates on or after February 4, 2013 and March 31, 2013.
